Online Registration for CURRENT HISD Students will be June 15 - 30.   You should have received a letter with the information needed to register your student.  Please contact your campus secretary if you did not receive a letter.     


If you do not remember your username/password to your account, please use the wizard to recover them.  If that fails to work, the only option we have is to delete your account.  Please fill out the request to have your account deleted at http://www.henrietta-isd.net/cms/One.aspx?portalId=420381&pageId=7684458.  

If you need your student's unique identifying information please submit the form at http://www.henrietta-isd.net/cms/One.aspx?portalId=420381&pageId=7684977.  


If you are getting an error message in trying to set up your account, it could be that the email address you are using is not the one we have on file for you.  If this is the case, please email your campus secretary to get a correction made.  



If you aren't receiving your alerts to your email please check your spam/junk mail folder.  If there are still no emails there please whitelist parentportal@ascendertx.com in your email account or contact your email provider to make sure that parentportal@ascendertx.com is on their whitelist.
